Terms and Conditions

The terms and condition set forth herein constitute an exclusive statement of terms and condition of production between Oyertur Fashion Empire and her client.

Oyertur Fashion Empire objects to and is not bound by any other communication which is inconsistent and different from Oyertur terms and condition and any such terms and condition proposed by client is hereby expressly rejected.

• ODRER ACCEPTANCE

We accept design/sketch/tech packs for production. We do not alterate specifications. The order must be finalized by both parties before production begins after which; no room for specification adjustment and cancellation of order.

• PAYMENT/ORDER REQUIREMENTS

We accept instalment payment for item below 100 pieces 80%before PRODUCTION and 20% before delivery.
For Item Above 100 pieces 70% Deposit is to be paid before PRODUCTION, 30% before delivery.
●Payment must be made by due date, so has to avoid delay in the production process of your order..
Please note that ; Customers would be liable to pay a sum of #1000 ($2.5) daily as store keeping fee after seven(7) days a production has be declared ready for shipping/delivery.

NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

WE DO NOT HAVE OR SIGN NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT. ALL ITEMS MADE AT OYERTUR GARMENT FACTORY WILL FEATURES FULLY OR PARTIALLY ON MOST OF OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.
